Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

  1. Shipping Costs
    In Domestically all shipping on our website is free. We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped.
  2. Transit, Handling, and Order Cut Off Time Domestically
    In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 8 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  3. Delivery
    We use the USPS to deliver the product.
  4. Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
  5. Change Of Delivery Address
    We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@blackpods.ltd or Call Us at +1(530) 830-0089.
  6. Cancel Order
    If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
  7. Parcels Damaged In Transit
    If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
