What is my order number?

It is the 4-digit number that is provided to you in your confirmation email.

 

What is my tracking number & what is it for?

It is a code composed of letters and numbers, provided in your shipping confirmation email, which will help you monitor your order.

How long time is my order processed?

You will receive your tracking number by E-mail or SMS no later than 24 hours after your purchase (on business days).

On Holidays or weekends you will receive your tracking number the business day after your purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The normal delivery time for the US, Canada, Australia and UK is 7- 15 business days.

For the rest of the world it is 7 – 23 business days

We are having logistics delays due to the current pandemic (COVID-19).

Orders can take an extra 2 weeks to arrive depending on the country.

RETURN & REFUND QUESTIONS

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, once the purchase is made, BlackPods will accept cancellation and refund within 12 hours with a minimal fee of $15.
