How long time is my order processed?
You will receive your tracking number by e-mail or SMS no later than 24 hours after your purchase (on business days).
On Holidays or weekends, you will receive your tracking number the business day after your purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The normal delivery time for the US, Canada, Australia and UK is 7- 15 business days.
For the rest of the world, it is 7 – 23 business days

Yes, once the purchase is made, BlackPods will accept cancellation and refund within 12 hours with a minimal fee of $15.
